Hello, imcGAMES here. We will soon be carrying out an Emergency Maintenance at [SGT] 19:00. - Maintenance Schedule : [SGT] 19:00 ~ 20:00 - Issues to be fixed during the Maintenance: 1. Correcting the issue of players being able to retrieve duplicate amounts of iCash boxes.  2. The issue of iCash not showing up in the Premium Inventory (Ctrl+F) but in the Regular Inventory has been fixed.  3. The "Keyboard shortcuts" loading image appearing in Korean rather than in English has been corrected.  4. The material item "Moon Stone" has been changed to "Moon Piece" in order to avoid confusion. - Maintenance Compensation:    1. 14-hour extension of all timed items being used ※ Costume Lumin is not affected by this time extension. 2. Monthly iCash Spending Limits Applied

Hello, imcGAMES here.   In order to prevent payment fraud-related issues from affecting the game, we have adopted a monthly iCash spending limit for Steam accounts that have a shorter payment record since their time of creation.   This means that players who have made fewer purchases on Steam since creating their account(in accordance with account purchase information provided by Steam ) may be restricted from using more than 50,000 iCash in-game per month.   After attempting to use more than 50,000 iCash in one month, players with iCash spending limits will see a message alerting them of this monthly restriction.   If you find that an iCash spending limit has been applied to your account and want this restriction to be removed, kindly send a ticket via our Support page under the “Payment” category so we can verify and process your request individually. Please note that your request may be approved or denied depending on the information we can check which is provided by Valve.   Please note that this iCash limit applies only to how much iCash an account is allowed spend in-game for 1 month. It does not restrict the amount of iCash that players are able to purchase on Steam.   Thank you. imcGAMES
