We have recently confirmed multiple reports regarding the abuse of game systems, specifically involving the use of multi-accounts in order to illegally acquire Faction Skill Points.

 

Accounts identified in current investigations will receive an initial warning. Any accounts found engaging in such activities after the publication of this notice will be subject to strict disciplinary action according to our Operational Policy, without further warning. Please be advised of this change to avoid any resulting disadvantages.

 

Accordingly, we will be enhancing monitoring efforts to prevent such abuse. We kindly ask our users to cooperate by submitting detailed reports via the official website support ticket, including the Family Name of any account suspected of engaging in similar prohibited activities.

Please be aware that submitting false reports may also result in sanctions under the Operational Policy.
