Announcement on EST and EDT change for Espada Server

Greetings, Saviors!   We have been managing the standard server time based on EST and EDT for Espada Server.    This requires additional temporary maintenances every March and November when the Summer Time applies. And the shift of server time affected some contents bound to a specific time in a negative way.
