Illegal Program Suspension and Announcement 07.02.26

We appreciate your ongoing support for Granado Espada.

 

Following a thorough investigation into the use of illegal programs, we have taken strict and decisive actions to maintain a fair gaming environment. Accounts confirmed to have used illegal programs have been immediately permanently suspended without prior warning. Additionally, accounts with multiple transaction histories showing they received in-game currency from these illegal accounts have also faced immediate permanent suspension. A total of 1,460 accounts have been permanently restricted through this measure.

 

Furthermore, we have imposed a 7-day suspension (1st Warning) on 6 accounts where transaction histories with the problematic accounts were confirmed, but their malicious intent was unclear. Please be forewarned that any accounts detected engaging in similar activities from this moment forward will be permanently suspended immediately without any warning.
