Update regarding Aug 30 Account Suspensions & 20th Anniversary Event Extension

Greetings Pioneers,

 

We are following up on the wave of account suspensions issued on August 30, 2026, to provide clear context on the situation and outline our next steps.

 

This year marks Granado Espada's 20th anniversary—a milestone made possible solely through the passion, loyalty, and continued support of our community.

Taking into account the extensive feedback received from our long-standing players and the commemorative spirit of the ongoing 20th Anniversary celebrations, we have decided to make an exceptional, one-time concession.

 

The restrictions applied to accounts sanctioned on August 30, 2026, will be lifted during today's scheduled maintenance.

 

Please note that these initial measures were not issued without cause; they were executed following detections of abnormal game activity and Terms of Service (ToS) violations.

As such, should any of the affected accounts engage in similar policy violations again, permanent account bans will be strictly applied without exception.

Please be clearly advised that permanent bans cannot be appealed or lifted under any circumstances. We strongly urge all players to abide by the service guidelines to maintain a fair gameplay environment.

Additionally, to ensure all players have sufficient opportunity to participate in the anniversary festivities, the 20th Anniversary Festival Event period has been extended by one week:

 - Previous End Date: September 23, 2026 (Before Maintenance)

 - Updated End Date: September 30, 2026 (Before Maintenance)
