FREE TO PLAY Service Opening - Starting from November 1, 2017, GE for SEA will be free to play on Steam without the need for special access. 2. NEW EVENT! - Receive daily quests from the GM NPC in Reboldoeux for amazing prizes in the new ‘GE for SEA Grand Opening Celebration: The GM's Request’ event. - This event is open from November 1 to December 27, 2017. - For more information, make sure to read the official announcement here: http://www.granadoespada.com/page/newsview.php?n=18 3. CONTENT CHANGES/ADDITIONS - Added Feso Shop and iCash Shop functions (iCash bundle products will be available for the Steam inventory after the scheduled maintenance of November 8, 2017). - Updated Summon Stone icons for merchant NPCs. - Added chat group for newly-created Families where new players can exchange information about the game. All Families created after the scheduled maintenance of November 1, 2017 will be automatically added to this new chat group. Greetings Pioneers, We would like to welcome you to Granado Espada for SEA! Through our special Grand Opening Celebration you'll be able to acquire many amazing benefits that will help you and your family on your pioneering journey. Enter the world of Granado Espada for SEA on November 1, 2017 and accept our GM's daily requests!    Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on November 1, 2017 TO the scheduled maintenance on December 27, 2017   Who Can Participate - This event is open to all Families   How to Participate STEP 1. During the event period, simply access any map and wait for the rewards to come rolling in!  - On any map, double click, and you will obtain one Pioneer Journal (30 days).  - Use the Pioneer Journal and, for each day you access the game, you will receive one of the following rewards: Constellation Weapon Merchant Summon Stone for Event, Holy Knight's Shiny Box, Socket Processing Stabilizer for Event, EXP Card for Event and much more! Temporary Family name changing service

  Hello,  imcGAMES here.   We would firstly like to offer our humble apologies for the Family name creation issues that occurred after the Founder's Server opened on October 25th, 2017.   We, imcGAMES, in an effort to make sure that you weren't left with a strange Family name, have made preparations for a way to allow you to make a one-time Family name change request.   You will be able to apply for the Family name change from the following link from October 31st, 2017 to November 8th, 2017. Please make sure to read the following articles carefully.   [One-time Family name changing service] Link: http://www.granadoespada.com/page/familyname.php [IMPORTANT] Please read the following articles carefully. 1. You will be able to apply for a Family name change after it checking for whether it is not being used. 2. Any Family names that have been successfully requested via the above-mentioned process will be applied after successfully restarting the GE client.  3. You may experience the following issues after changing your Family name, but the issues will be fixed after the earliest Scheduled Maintenance. For instance, issues for any Family names changed before the Scheduled Maintenance on November 1st, 2017 will be fixed during that maintenance.  - Faction, Group & Friend Lists: Showing your old Family name / being unable to see your Family name etc - Squads: Being unable to participate in Squads, recurring messages about leaving the Squad when moving to other areas etc 4. You may only apply for the Family name change 1 time. There is no way for you to request another change, so please make sure that you are applying for the Family name that you wish to use. 5. Any Family names that include restricted words or phrases will not be applicable as Family names. 6. [ADDITIONAL FIXES] Players being unable to receive their DLC products in-game after the hotfix on October 26, 2017 - We have done additional fixing of the issue where some players would not be able to see and receive their DLC products in-game from the 'Leonard Expreso NPC' or 'Get Cash Item UI' even after the hotfix on October 26, 2017 - You will have to restart the Steam client in order for your DLC product to appear in-game.   Thank you. imcGAMES   Let us know via Support Ticket on our Official Website if you are experiencing other problems. Announcement regarding Family name creation

Hello,  imcGAMES here.   We would like to make an announcement regarding the issue with name creation for Families being unreasonably restrictive.   Upon launch, there was an issue with the rules regarding name creation. We have implemented a fix to address this issue on October 26th, 2017.  As such, you may wish to check if you have the latest patch applied and try re-creating your Family with the name you had in mind.    We know that there are a number of players that have selected strange or unsatisfactory names due to this issue.  As such, we are in the process of creating a way for you to change your current Family name. We believe that we will be able to start providing this service next week and will make another announcement once the details have been finalized.   If you are still experiencing issues with name creation, this may be to a few reasons. For instance, the name that you are trying to use may already be being used. Also, the fix that we implemented on October 26th may not have fixed all of the issues. It may be a bit confusing since the same message will appear in either case.   You may want to choose a secondary option and start playing since you will also be able to change your Family name next week.   Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. [HOTFIXED] Issues Fixed as of October 26, 2017

Hello, imcGAMES here.   We have implemented hotfixes in order to deal with the following issues.   1. Players being unable to receive their DLC products in-game - Fixed an issue where some players would not be able to see and receive their DLC products in-game from the 'Leonard Expreso NPC' or 'Get Cash Item UI'. - You will have to restart the Steam client in order for your DLC product to appear in-game.   2. Restrictions during Family & Character name selection - Fixed an issue where certain letters or phrases would not allow the name to be used. - However, please note that you will still not be able to use Family & Character names that are currently being used.   3. Incorrect items requested when expanding Barrack Slot and Personal Shop - Fixed the issue where wrong items are requested upon attempting to expand Barrack Slots and Personal Shop. - You will need to restart the Steam client in order to apply the corrections made.   4. Ustiur Base Camp being inaccessible - Fixed an issue where players were unable to enter Ustiur Base Camp. - You will need to restart the Steam client in order to apply the corrections made and access the Ustiur Base Camp.   5. Issue with certain items showing Error Messages when being examined​ - Fixed an issue where certain items would show an Error Message when examined. - You will need to restart the Steam client in order to apply the corrections made so that the items can be examined.
